QuickOrder B2B Install on Shopify

Install QuickOrder & create your quick-order page

About 5 minutes, no code. Three parts: install the app, create the page in your Online Store, and add the Quick Order block in the theme editor.

Part 1 — Install the app

  1. Open the QuickOrder B2B listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
  2. Shopify shows the permissions screen. QuickOrder requests a single scope — read products — and nothing else: no customer data, no orders, no checkout access. Click Install app.
  3. You land on the QuickOrder dashboard inside your Shopify admin. The onboarding checklist walks you through the remaining steps: creating the page, picking your catalog, and publishing.

Plans and trial: you start on the Free plan (1 page, 20 products). If you pick Growth or Pro, the 14-day free trial starts immediately and billing is handled by Shopify on your regular invoice. See plans & billing.

Part 2 — Create the page in your Online Store

The quick-order form lives on a normal Shopify page, so it gets a clean URL you can share with your buyers.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Pages and click Add page.
  2. Give it a title — Quick Order works well. Shopify generates the URL slug from the title: /pages/quick-order. You can edit the slug under Search engine listing if you prefer something like /pages/wholesale.
  3. Leave the page content empty (the table is rendered by the app block) and click Save. Make sure the page is set to Visible.

Tip: if you only want wholesale buyers to find the page, don't add it to your main menu — just email the URL to your buyers, or link it from your B2B welcome email. The page is public unless your theme or a lock app restricts it.

Part 3 — Add the Quick Order block in the theme editor

QuickOrder is a Theme App Extension: you place the block visually, and nothing is ever written into your theme's code files.

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your current theme.
  2. In the top-center template dropdown (it usually says "Home page"), choose Pages, then select your new Quick Order page.
  3. In the left sidebar, click ⊕ Add section (or ⊕ Add block inside an existing section), switch to the Apps tab, and pick QuickOrder — Bulk order form.
  4. Place it where you want the table to appear — most stores use it as the only section on the page, full width.
  5. Click Save (top right).

Using a dedicated template? If you assign a custom page template to the Quick Order page, add the app block to that template. The block only renders on pages whose template contains it — a common reason for a blank page is the block sitting on a template the page doesn't use.

Part 4 — Pick your catalog and publish

  1. Back in the QuickOrder admin, open Catalog and choose the collections (or tags) buyers can order from. Details in the catalog guide.
  2. Click Publish. This writes your configuration to the storefront — the table won't render until you've published at least once.

Part 5 — Verify it works

  1. Open /pages/quick-order on your storefront (use a private/incognito window to see it like a buyer).
  2. You should see the product table with search, SKUs, prices and quantity fields. Type a couple of quantities — the subtotal updates live.
  3. Click Add all to cart and confirm the lines appear in your cart.
  4. If the table is empty or missing, walk through the troubleshooting checklist — it's almost always an unpublished config or the block on the wrong template.
