Where B2B Wholesale Hub is stronger

  • Wholesale pricing without Plus. Its core trick — tag a customer group and show them discounted prices instantly, including per-variant custom prices and volume discounts — solves a problem QuickOrder doesn't touch. If you need different prices for different B2B customers on a standard Shopify plan, this is the direct answer.
  • Net terms. Net 15 / Net 30 payment options are built in — important for wholesale relationships that run on invoices, and not something QuickOrder offers.
  • Store-wide visibility controls and registration. Hiding wholesale products from retail shoppers across the whole store, plus a wholesale application form for vetting new buyers.
  • Eleven years of track record. On the App Store since 2015 with 661 reviews at 4.7★ — one of the most battle-tested apps in the category.

Where QuickOrder is stronger

  • The ordering experience is the product, not a feature. Instant search, SKUs on every line, live subtotal, per-product min/max/case-pack increments enforced as the buyer types, and one-click bulk add via the standard Cart AJAX API. Wholesale Hub includes a quick order form; QuickOrder is one, polished accordingly.
  • Re-ordering tools. CSV purchase-order upload (SKU;quantity, flexible separators) and named saved lists reloadable in one click — neither appears on Wholesale Hub's listing.
  • Entry price. QuickOrder starts free and its full Pro tier costs $39/mo — the same as Wholesale Hub's entry Basic plan. If you don't need a pricing engine, you're not paying for one.
  • Native Plus B2B alignment. On Shopify Plus, rows render through Liquid so company buyers see their negotiated catalog prices and native quantity rules automatically — no separate pricing layer to reconcile.
  • Minimal footprint. One page, one block, zero storefront calls to our servers, a single deferred script under 4 KB gzipped, and only the read_products scope.

Which should you choose?

Choose B2B Wholesale Hub if your core problem is pricing: you need customer-group discounts, per-variant custom prices, volume breaks or net terms on a non-Plus store. That's the job it has done well for a decade.

Choose QuickOrder B2B if your core problem is ordering speed: prices are already handled (list prices, a wholesale range, or native Plus B2B) and your buyers need a one-page table that turns a 50-line order into one click — from free.

The two problems are independent — some stores legitimately run a pricing app and a fast order form side by side.

FAQ

QuickOrder B2B vs B2B Wholesale Hub: which is better?

They cover different parts of wholesale. Wholesale Hub (4.7★, 661 reviews as of July 2026, since 2015) is a pricing suite: tag-based customer-group prices, volume discounts, net terms, visibility controls — with a quick order form included, at $39–$99/mo. QuickOrder focuses entirely on the ordering experience — search, quantity rules, CSV, saved lists — using the prices your store already resolves, from free to $39/mo. Pricing problem → Wholesale Hub. Ordering-speed problem → QuickOrder.

Which is cheaper?

QuickOrder starts lower and stays lower: free, then $14.99 and $39/mo. Wholesale Hub lists no free tier — $39, $69 and $99/mo with a 14-day trial (checked July 25, 2026). QuickOrder's top plan equals Wholesale Hub's entry plan, but the scopes differ: their price includes a pricing engine and net terms; ours includes CSV upload and saved lists.

Can I use a bulk order form without discounted wholesale pricing?

Yes — they're independent problems. Stores selling B2B at list prices, with a dedicated wholesale range, or on native Plus B2B price lists need no pricing app at all: QuickOrder works with whatever price Shopify resolves for the visitor. If you do need tag-based discounts on a non-Plus store, that's Wholesale Hub's home turf — and the two kinds of app can coexist.

Ordering speed for your wholesale buyers — live in 5 minutes, from free.
