How the 14-day trial works
- Growth and Pro both include a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when you approve the plan in Shopify's confirmation screen — not when you install the app.
- You are not charged during the trial. Cancel (or drop back to Free) before it ends and you pay nothing.
- After 14 days, the plan price appears on your regular Shopify invoice like any other app charge.
Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling
- Upgrade: open Plans in the QuickOrder admin, pick the higher plan, and approve the charge on the Shopify confirmation screen. New features unlock immediately. Shopify prorates the charge automatically.
- Downgrade: same screen, pick the lower plan. Features above the new plan stop being served — e.g. downgrading from Pro pauses saved lists and CSV upload, and extra collection pages stop rendering. Your configuration is kept, so upgrading again restores everything.
- Cancel: uninstall the app (Settings → Apps and sales channels). Shopify stops the billing cycle — there is nothing to cancel on our side. Your data is deleted per the privacy policy.
Downgrading to Free with more than 20 products? The form keeps working but renders only the first 20 products of your catalog (in your configured order). A banner in the admin tells you exactly what is being trimmed.
Billing questions we get
- Who charges me? Shopify. QuickOrder uses Shopify's Managed Pricing — we never see or store any payment details.
- Do you offer annual billing? Not yet — plans are monthly, cancel anytime.
- What happens on a paused or frozen Shopify store? Shopify pauses app charges according to its own billing rules; the app resumes with your store.
- Refunds? Billing disputes are handled through Shopify, but email us first — if something went wrong on our side, we'll make it right.
