The Quick Order table on your storefront — instant search, SKUs, live subtotal, one-click bulk add.

Why it matters

Product pages are built for shoppers, not for buyers

A retail shopper browses. A wholesale buyer re-orders 30 known SKUs and wants to be done in two minutes. Every extra click on a big order is friction on your highest-value carts.

Minutes, not afternoons

A 50-line order placed page by page means hundreds of clicks. On the Quick Order table it's one search box, one column of quantities and one button. Buyers who order fast order more often.

Built for B2B-sized carts

Wholesale carts are your biggest carts. Removing ordering friction is conversion work applied exactly where each conversion is worth the most — average B2B order values dwarf retail ones.

Plus or not Plus — same table

Rows are rendered by Liquid, so on Shopify Plus with native B2B every logged-in buyer sees their negotiated catalog prices automatically. On any other plan, the same form works out of the box.

How it works

A live order form in 3 steps

  1. Install and create the page

Install from the App Store, create a "Quick Order" page in Online Store → Pages, and add the QuickOrder block from the theme editor's Apps section. No code, nothing injected into your theme.

  2. Choose what buyers can order

Pick the collections to include, or filter by tags — include or exclude. Set minimums, maximums and case-pack increments per product if you sell that way.

  3. Publish and share the link

Hit Publish and send your buyers the page URL. They search, type quantities and add the whole order to the cart in one click — then check out through your normal Shopify checkout.

Features

Everything a buyer needs on one page — nothing they don't

One-page order table

Products as rows, variants expanded, SKU and price on every line, quantity fields and a live subtotal. Dense, fast and keyboard-friendly — designed for people who order for a living.

Instant search

Type a product name or a SKU fragment and the table filters as you type. No page reloads, no waiting — finding line 37 of a re-order takes a second.

One-click bulk add to cart

Every line with a quantity goes to the cart in a single click via Shopify's standard Cart AJAX API. No checkout permissions, no custom checkout — your normal Shopify flow.

Min / max / increments

Sell by the case? Set an increment of 6, a minimum of 12, a maximum per order — per product. The table enforces the rules as the buyer types. Growth

Native B2B contextual prices

On Shopify Plus with B2B catalogs, rows render through Liquid so each logged-in company buyer sees their own price list — and native quantity rules are respected automatically.

Saved lists

Logged-in buyers save their selection as a named list and reload it in one click next time. Weekly re-orders become a 30-second routine. Pro

CSV purchase orders

Buyers upload a SKU;quantity file exported from their ERP or spreadsheet and the table pre-fills itself. Semicolons, commas and tabs all accepted. Pro

Multi-page by collection

Create a separate quick-order page per collection — one per brand, category or buyer segment — each with its own URL to share. Pro

Light by design

The table ships with the page itself — zero storefront calls to our servers — and the interactive layer is a single deferred script under 4 KB gzipped. Core Web Vitals stay untouched.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best B2B order form app for Shopify?

It depends on how much B2B machinery you need. If you want a full wholesale platform — customer-specific price lists, sales rep portals, quoting — SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale is a strong, well-reviewed option. If you want tag-based wholesale discounts with net terms, B2B Wholesale Hub by Orbit is a long-standing choice. QuickOrder B2B is the best fit if what you actually need is the order form itself: a one-page table where a buyer searches, ticks variants, types quantities and adds 50 lines to the cart in one click. It sets up in about 5 minutes, works on every Shopify plan including Basic, and starts free.

Does QuickOrder work without Shopify Plus?

Yes — that is the main case it is built for. QuickOrder works on every Shopify plan, with no Plus requirement and no checkout permissions: adding to cart uses Shopify's standard Cart AJAX API. And if you are on Plus with native B2B (company catalogs and price lists), the same table automatically shows each logged-in buyer their negotiated contextual prices, because rows are rendered by Liquid rather than fetched from a public JSON endpoint.

QuickOrder vs SparkLayer: which should I choose?

They solve different problems. SparkLayer (4.9★, 354 reviews as of July 2026) is a complete B2B platform: customer-specific price lists, a self-service buyer portal, sales rep tooling and a quoting engine, with paid plans from $49 to $299/month. QuickOrder B2B deliberately does one thing: the fast one-page order form, from free to $39/month. If you need to run your whole wholesale operation inside one app, choose SparkLayer. If your pricing already lives in Shopify (or in native Plus B2B) and buyers just need a faster way to order, QuickOrder is simpler and much cheaper. Full comparison.

How does the bulk add to cart work?

The buyer types quantities on as many rows as they want — the subtotal updates live — then clicks Add all to cart once. QuickOrder submits every line through Shopify's standard Cart AJAX API (/cart/add.js), which needs no special permissions and works with any Online Store 2.0 theme. Adding 50 lines takes one click, and the buyer lands in the normal Shopify cart and checkout.

Can buyers upload a purchase order as a CSV file?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Buyers upload a simple two-column file — SKU and quantity — and QuickOrder resolves each SKU to the right variant and pre-fills the order table. Semicolons, commas and tabs are all accepted as separators, and a header row is optional, so files exported from ERPs or spreadsheets work as-is. See the saved lists & CSV guide.

Do quantity rules like minimums and case packs work with QuickOrder?

Yes. On the Growth plan and above you can set a minimum, a maximum, and an increment (for example, sell by 6) per product, and the table enforces them as the buyer types. If your store uses Shopify's native B2B quantity rules (Plus catalogs), those native rules always take precedence — Shopify enforces them at checkout, so QuickOrder displays and respects them instead of fighting them. See quantity rules.

What data does QuickOrder store?

Very little. QuickOrder stores your shop's settings (catalog selection, quantity rules, design), buyers' saved lists (a list name, variant ids and quantities, keyed by Shopify customer id), and aggregate daily usage counters. It never reads or stores customer records, order history, emails or addresses — the app requests only the read_products scope. GDPR export and deletion webhooks are fully implemented. Details in the privacy policy.

Is there a free plan, and how does the trial work?

Yes. The Free plan gives you one quick-order page with up to 20 products, forever. Growth ($14.99/month) and Pro ($39/month) both come with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify — it appears on your regular Shopify invoice, and you can cancel anytime by uninstalling.
